SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to most countries and items are sent by standard post. If the situation is more urgent we also offer express shipping. Goods are shipped from within the EU and all orders are tracked. 

Europe: Free shipping by standard post for any orders over €40. 

USA: Free shipping with USPS for any orders over $50. 

UK: Free shipping for any orders over €40. According to new Brexit-regulations, import VAT charges are covered in the price for any orders up to a value of £135 (or EUR equivalent). 

Canada: Free shipping with Canada Post for any orders over €40.  

Rest of world: Please see any shipping rates and delivery times during checkout. 

Please note we are not responsible for any custom fees should they arise. 

RETURNS

We want you to love your VALLONs and believe that you shouldn't buy things you don't need or won't use. That is why we offer free returns* for up to 30 days after purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

*Limited to Europe and USA. For any other countries the return period is the same but we do not send pre-paid labels.
