We want you to love your VALLONs and believe that you shouldn't buy things you don't need or won't use. That is why we offer free returns* for up to 14 days after delivery for all orders over €40 / $45. Items must be returnable in original condition. This means returned items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.
*Free returns is applicable from Europe and USA. In Europe we offer free returns with DHL, and in USA with USPS. If you use any other delivery partner the cost will not be reimbursed. If your return fall within the return period you will get a pre-paid label sent to you (for some countries this is not possible and alternative methods are used). The packages will then have to be dropped off at the closest DHL or USPS location.
Please note any Express shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount being refunded.
Please follow the same link as for making returns, and just choose "Exchange". Once we have received the item and verified its condition we will send you the exchanged product or get in touch if there is additional payment needed.
I received a damage, defective or incorrect item, what do I do?
If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll do our best to make it right.
