Nimsdai Purja is the world-record breaking mountaineer who climbed all of the world's fourteen 8,000 meter peaks in just 6 months and 6 days, as documented by the Netflix documentary 14 Peaks: Nothing Is Impossible. With his invaluable input we've developed this special edition featuring a dark Cat. 4 anti-reflective lens, ideal for protecting your eyes when scaling the world's highest peaks. Nimsdai has already put his sunglasses to the test on Everest, Lhotse, Annapurna and Makalu.

Inspired by classic alpine design the Heron Glacier Nimsdai Edition feature leather side shields and a detachable centerpiece to block out sunlight and protect against glare, dust, and wind.
OPTICS
Cat. 4 anti-reflective lenses
The ultraclear Cat. 4 lenses have a VLT of 4% and feature blue anti-reflective mirror coating to reduce eyestrain and to protect from snow blindness at extreme altitudes. The brown tint is optimal for snow as the warm perception enhances contrasts, while hydrophobic coating prevents condensation during long ascents. The lenses have been cut from 2 mm polycarbonate and are shatterproof for maximized safety.
MATERIALS
Adjustable temples
The frame is made from Swiss-invented TR90® polyamide and is incredibly lightweight yet durable. Our fully adjustable and unique temples can be shaped around your ears entirely to your liking, allowing maximum comfort for long days in high alpine territory.
